Rules for “Innovation-2k25” National Level Project Competition organized by PES’s College of Engineering, Phaltan on 9th October, 2025.
1. Eligibility
- Open to all Engineering and Polytechnic students in Engineering/Polytechnic colleges/institutes across the country.
- Participants can register individually or in teams of up to 4 members.
2. Registration
- All participants must complete registration by the specified deadline.
- No late registrations will be accepted.
3. Project Categories
- Projects must fall under all streams of Engineering/Polytechnic.
- The project should be in the form of Project/Mini projects/Working model/Poster.
5. Project Criteria
1. Projects will be judged based on innovation, creativity ,Sustainable Solution, feasibility, Feasibility of Project, Technical Contents, Impact of Project on Industry, Impact of Project on Society, Presentation & Communication Skills.
- Separate judging criteria may apply for Degree and Diploma categories.
6. Prototype/Demo
- Participants must bring their prototypes or demonstration setups, laptops, display materials on the competition day.
- Projects should be safe and comply with all safety regulations.
- Table, Chairs, Electricity and basic technical support may be provided, but participants should confirm requirements in advance.
7. Presentation
- Teams will have a specific time for presentation and Q&A.
- Judges’ decision on time limits is final.
- Teams should be prepared to answer technical and general questions.
8. Conduct
- Use of inappropriate language, plagiarism, or any unethical practices will lead to disqualification.
- Judges’ decisions will be final and binding.
9. Awards and Prizes
- Awards will be given to the top projects in Engineering and Polytechnic categories.
- Certificates of participation will be provided to all registered teams.
- Prize distribution details will be announced before the competition day.
10. Miscellaneous
- Participants are responsible for their own travel, and expenses.
- Accommodation is available upon request, and charges may apply.
- Organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury during the event.
Any disputes will be resolved by the organizing committee.
